Step by step ridge expander can be used with a handpiece and a ratched extention, matching with the core shape of the AnyRidge implants.

Chisel Handle is useful in very narrow bone (<2mm). Use lance drill before expanders to avoid bone breakage during drilling. Can be tapped with a mallet.
