Mr. Sami Stagnell graduated from King’s College London Dental Institute in 2009. He has since held academic roles, including Visiting Postgraduate Advisor (Consultancy) and Honorary Clinical Teacher at King’s College Hospital.

He holds Membership of the Faculty of Dental

Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Faculty of General Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

In 2015, he completed an MSc in Aesthetic Dentistry with Merit from King’s College London and is actively involved in professional representation as Vice-Chair of the British Dental Association’s Young Dentists Committee.

Mr. Stagnell is listed on the GDC Specialty Register for Oral Surgery and has completed further training in hypnosis, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and conscious sedation, enhancing his care for nervous and phobic patients. His clinical expertise spans Oral Surgery, Dental Implants, and Facial Aesthetics.

He was also appointed to one of the UK’s first Clinical Leadership and Management Fellow posts with Health Education England, where he contributed to national healthcare projects and policy development, combining clinical excellence with a passion for education and service improvement.

Mr. Aldaadaa is a clinical academic and GDC- registered Specialist Oral Surgeon with extensive training from prestigious global institutions. One of few UK surgeons with triple higher training, he holds a PhD, MOralSurg, and a Certificate in Implant Dentistry, combining academic excellence with advanced clinical expertise.

Graduating in Dentistry with Distinction, he pursued surgical training at Barts & The Royal London Hospitals, followed by higher surgical training at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute and University College London Hospitals.

He earned a Master’s in Clinical Dentistry in Oral Surgery with Distinction and completed his PhD in 3D craniofacial reconstruction and bone regeneration. Alaa further enhanced his clinical skills under world-renowned surgeons across Europe and the USA.

He is a Visiting Professor in Germany, Italy, and the UK, a Key Opinion Leader for dental companies, and sits on editorial boards of peer-reviewed journals. Clinically, he manages complex oral surgery cases including craniofacial implants and sedation procedures. Fluent in English, German, Arabic, and French, he values patient communication. Outside work, he is a keen athlete and enjoys classical music and socialising.

Dr. Freya Smith – Jack is a dedicated dental professional with over 16 years of experience. She completed her undergraduate degree in Dentistry at the University of Dundee and specialist training in Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology at University Hospitals Bristol.

She currently works as a Consultant in Sheffield and is an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the Universities of Plymouth and Sheffield. She teaches with Health Education England across the South West, Wales, and Yorkshire, delivering training on dental radiography, CBCT, IRMER/IRR compliance, and imaging interpretation. As the only NHS consultant in her specialty, she leads the subspecialty and supervises DMFR and general radiology trainees, as well as those in oral medicine and pathology.

She also provides private mentorship and training. Nationally, she contributes as an RCS England examiner and BSDMFR member developing the undergraduate curriculum. A former leadership fellow, she holds a Master’s in NHS Healthcare Leadership and Innovation and is a Return to Work Champion for Health Education England. Passionate about education and service improvement, she supports trainees returning to work and drives innovation in her NHS role.

Outside work, she enjoys walking, kayaking, and camping in the Peak District.

Aram Navai is a highly regarded Specialist Endodontist with over 16 years of experience in clinical practice and hospital dentistry. He graduated from King’s College London Dental Institute in 2009 and gained membership with the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2011.

Early in his career, he worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in London, gaining valuable surgical expertise. He was then selected for specialist training at Guy’s and King’s College Dental Institute, completing four years of advanced Endodontic training with Distinction and achieving Membership in Endodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh—the highest accolade in the field.

Aram’s research on the use of CBCT in diagnosing and managing traumatic dental injuries, published in 2021, is one of the most cited studies in dental traumatology. Alongside private practice, Aram is a part-time Senior Clinical Teacher and Lecturer at Guy’s Hospital and King’s College London, mentoring both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

He also serves as a restorative mono-specialty examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Aram accepts referrals for a broad range of surgical and non-surgical endodontic procedures, with a focus on complex anatomy and previously failed treatments.
