The Auto-Max Autogenous Bone Harvester is expertly designed to simplify and enhance the bone harvesting process with precision and ease. Its wide opening allows for effortless removal of harvested bone, while the unique sliding mechanism ensures smooth and hassle-free lifting of the Stopper, which connects securely for reliable operation. The center guide provides stability to prevent slippage during drilling, and the device is crafted for quick and easy connection and disconnection to save time during procedures. Equipped with an optimal blade design, Auto-Max enables efficient bone harvesting at low RPM, reducing trauma and ensuring precision. With its innovative features, Auto-Max delivers exceptional performance and reliability for superior surgical outcomes.
A pre-shaped titanium GBR membrane designed for predictable bone regeneration — especially effective in reconstructing horizontal buccal bone deficiencies exceeding 2.5 mm. It features various shapes and sizes to match anatomical needs across anterior, premolar, and molar regions, enabling stable support during healing.
I-Gen™ is a specialized titanium regenerative membrane by MegaGen, used to support guided bone regeneration — GBR.
The i-Gen membrane is used to facilitate bone augmentation in cases where an implant has been placed but the surrounding bone volume is insufficient. It’s indicated for simultaneous bone augmentation during implant placement. The membrane features an opening to secure the graft in place. Some designs include a 100° bend, offering sufficient space for guided bone regeneration (GBR). A wider titanium mesh structure promotes increased buccal bone growth.

I-Gen™ Design Concept
Goes beyond the limits of Collagen Membrane.
Any location, Any Size & Any Situation for GBR.
- I-Gen™ ensures regenerating minimum 2.5mm buccal bone to minimize bone loss after GBR and maximize the life of implant.
- Pre-shaped titanium design offers superior initial rigidity and space maintenance compared to collagen membranes.
- Available in nine different shapes/sizes, tailored for different tooth locations and defect anatomies.
- Offers stability and predictable outcomes in diverse clinical scenarios.

I-Gen™ Pre-Shaped Design
There are 9 different i-Gen membrane types tailored for specific anatomical needs
To avoid the inconvenience of modeling titanium membrane in the clinic, i-Gen has 9 pre-formed sizes in varying shapes. Narrow (for front teeth): 4.5 mm horizontal extension from implant center. Regular (for premolars): 5.5 mm buccal extension. Wide (for molars or immediate cases with bone defects): 6.5 mm buccal extension.
Types A and B cover single-walled defects, while Type C includes a lingual extension for two-wall defects.

Step-by-Step I-Gen™ Usage
Where surrounding bone volume is insufficient — the membrane enables simultaneous augmentation at implant placement.
1. Place the implant.
2. Attach a flat abutment to create vertical space; commonly 1 mm cuff, though 2 or 3 mm may be chosen depending on case specifics.
3. Choose and place the i-Gen membrane matching the defect’s size and shape. Align its hole over the abutment screw opening.
4. Secure with either a healing abutment (two-stage protocol) or a cover screw (one-stage protocol). Ensure tight soft tissue closure.
