The magnesium membrane is strong and resorbable at the same time. It can be trimmed to size and shaped for treating individual bone defects. Because the NOVAMag® membrane is completely resorbed within a few months after implantation, a second surgical intervention to remove the membrane is not necessary
Pickup-type impression copings are used to transfer the exact implant position and orientation from the patient’s mouth to the working model using an open-tray impression technique. These copings are picked up within the impression material itself, providing a direct and precise transfer of implant spatial relationships to the laboratory.
→ Predictable, accurate implant impressions
→ Full-arch and multi-unit restorations
→ Situations requiring maximum transfer reproducibility

Key Function – Open Tray Workflow
1. Select the appropriate pickup-type impression coping for the implant system and platform.
2. Seat and torque the coping on the implant in the mouth.
3. Place the open impression tray and make perforations for screw access.
4. Take the impression (PVS / polyether).
5. UNSCREW – Coping is retained in the impression.
6. The lab inserts the corresponding implant analog into the coping as part of the pouring/model creation.
The result is a direct, high-fidelity transfer of the implant location.
