Its diamond-guided, stepwise workflow helps form a stable crescent-shaped buccal shield and an ideal osteotomy trajectory for immediate implant placement in the anterior esthetic zone. Optimized to pair with AnyRidge implants for high primary stability, the kit supports predictable esthetics and can reduce the need for additional grafting in suitable cases.

With the Root Membrane Kit (RMT) you can easily apply the 'root membrane technique', the 'socket shield technique' or the 'root submergence technique'.

The Root Membrane Technique offers an innovative treatment technique in which the buccal part of the tooth root remains intact and is left in situ, against the buccal bone lamella. The root membrane technique (RMT) can induce successful osseointegration, and increase soft tissue aesthetics by minimising the loss of buccal bone post extraction. The RMT separates the root at the time of extraction and leaves a root fragment in the buccal side. With this technique it is possible to maintain the physiological relationship of the buccal bone with no deterioration, and minimise loss of the buccal bone that can be caused by socket remodeling post extraction. Through step-by-step customised drilling, the soft tissues can be entirely protected with precise tooth modification.
