S2 Option for Successful 2nd Molar Implant

The AnyRidge Extra Ez Post (S2 abutment) provides a strong resistance to lateral occlusal forces with 67% stronger compressive strength and prevents the prosthetics from sinking deeper into the implant. Most of the internal connections show 30~50 ㎛ of sinking following the delivery of a crown. The extra type will prevent the sinking phenomenon while maintaining the 5º internal connection.

For the second molar implant, strength against lateral occlusal force is more critical than esthetics. Therefore, using the Extra EZ Connection for the second molar would be a prudent choice.
