maxgraft® bonebuilder

Product description

The magnesium membrane is strong and resorbable at the same time. It can be trimmed to size and shaped for treating individual bone defects. Because the NOVAMag® membrane is completely resorbed within a few months after implantation, a second surgical intervention to remove the membrane is not necessary

Optimized matrix
The matrix features multiple horizontal retention grooves for improved resistance to vertical and horizontal movement. The red anodized surface improves aesthetics and prevents gray translucency of the surface in thin dental material.

Abutments with an 18° Angulation
With these Abutments, divergences between implants of up to 65°can be corrected. With the 18° angled Abutments, the dentist is ableto cover a wide range of clinical implant situations. The angled Abutments are available with two connection variants. This allows the position of the implant to be better compensated.

Precision Retention Inserts in Two Variations
These inserts offer high hardness, toughness, and load-bearing capacity. They resist chemicals, lipids, and disinfectants, with minimal water absorption.

Nylon (Industry Standard)
Retention inserts are a critical component of any overdenture attachment system and it is vital that their performance be consistently high to maintain patient satisfaction. The indispensable experience of our expert engineers ensures the performance and functionality of Docklocs retention inserts meet or exceed your expectations. Nylon retention inserts have evolved over the past 15 years to be the industry standard with high patient satisfaction.

High Performance Plastic
These retention inserts have a lower tendency to absorb water and a high resistance to chemicals and fats, including alcoholic disinfectants. The inserts are extremely durable and have an excellent dynamic load capacity.

Innovative Biocompatible Coating Technology
The biocompatible ceramic PVD coating (Physical Vapor Deposition) offers many advantages over alternative abutment coatings. The coating is an extremely hard zirconium carbonitride layer (ZrCN) with high wear resistance. Zirconium surfaces have the advantage of having a plaque affinity twice as low as titanium and thus can largely prevent inflammatory reactions of the soft tissue. The abutment coating is more resistant to abrasion and wear compared to other common coatings. Additionally, its impressive rose gold tone blends well with the gingiva and provides a premium appearance.
