Dr Matt Lawler
Matt Lawler graduated from the university of Liverpool in 1995 and started work in general practice.
After a stint at Unilever Research Ltd he became senior managing partner in two practices. He took numerous courses in advanced restorative dentistry including the prestigious Dawson Academy curriculum and completed a Masters’ degree in Endodontology in 2016. His dissertation, a systematic review into the effect of endodontic treatment on systemic inflammation, highlights his interest in the biology of healing; processes that are central to success in implant dentistry.
He has trained extensively in implant dentistry including Dr Koray Feran’s implant course, several advanced courses including spending countless hours working with Dr Fazeela Khan-Osborne in Harley Street, and numerous other courses covering bone and sinus augmentation, full-arch immediate loading, and soft tissue augmentation.
He has lectured extensively on postgraduate implantology programmes and continues to teach and mentor colleagues in restorative and implant dentistry.
Matt is a Key Opinion Leader for Mega’Gen implants and is a strong advocate of R2 Gate. He uses R2Gate for all of his single implant placements which allows immediate placement and immediate load in 90% of situations..
