Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of £2,500 is payable upon booking.
Delegates then have the following payment options:
Payment in full – receive a 5% discount, with the balance due by 31st October 2026.
Monthly payment plan – the remaining balance may be spread across monthly payments between July 2026 and January 2027, with the exact payment schedule agreed at enrolment. All outstanding balances must be paid in full by 31st January 2027.
Flexible payment plans – bespoke payment arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any agreed plan must ensure that the full course fee is paid no later than 31st January 2027.
Cancellation Terms
In the event of cancellation on or before 31st October 2026, you will be refunded all payments made, less the non-refundable deposit of £2,500.
In the event of cancellation between 1st November 2026 and 31st January 2027, you will be refunded 50% of the payments made.
In the event of cancellation after 31st January 2027, you will be liable for the full cost of the course and no refund will be payable.
